Problem reporting

If you discover a problem with ChronoLator, you might find a solution in our list of known problems. If you do not, please fill out and submit the following bug report form.

If what you want to tell us is really more of a suggestion or a request for enhancement, please use our suggestion form instead.

Bug Report Form

We want to ensure ChronoLator works correctly and reliably in accordance with its documentation. As with all software, it is inevitable that it will contain errors which slip by our testing procedures. Your help in reporting such errors in as much detail as possible will be greatly appreciated.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

If you can readily reproduce the problem, please list the steps to do so in the box below, leaving a blank line between steps.

If it is not reproducible, please give as much detail as possible about the circumstances in which it occurred.
If the problem causes any error messages to appear, please note them here. For ChronoLator messages, please give the Message Reference Number. For other messages, please write down the exact text displayed.
